Kareem was a poor farmer with a small piece of land, and he worked on it day and night. The villagers mocked him. "Look at Kareem," they'd say, "he works so hard and still isn't rich." Kareem would just smile and return to his work. He believed hard work is never wasted. One year, the village chief announced a competition: whoever grew the finest crop would win a grand prize. Kareem doubled his efforts. He rose before dawn, sowed seeds, watered the field, and pulled every weed. In sun or rain, he was there in his field. On harvest day, when all the wheat was inspected, Kareem's crop stood golden and full — the finest of them all. The chief awarded him the prize and praised him before everyone. Those who had mocked him now stood ashamed. Moral: Hard work never goes to waste — it may take time, but it always bears fruit.
